A strong brand doesn't cost more. It makes growth cost less.

Brand, creative, data and performance. Everything it takes to grow the business.

30 minutes with the founder. The right questions about your business, to find where growth got stuck.

Where do your clients come from? And what happens if the main source dries up?

Growth usually stalls for one of two reasons. Often both.

You aren't generating enough new demand

The pattern is uneven: one month full, the next empty. Enquiries almost always come from the same sources and nobody can say how next month will go. In B2B that means a salesperson with few contacts to call back. In B2C it means a store or an e-commerce that lives off its existing customers, while growth comes from the people who don't know you yet.

The system that brings in clients is fragile

If you sell to businesses: a handful of clients can carry too much of your revenue, and too large a share of new business can depend on personal relationships, referrals or long-standing accounts.

If you sell to consumers: sales can depend too heavily on one platform, one promotion or one season. The algorithm changes, media costs rise or a promotion runs out, and the flow slows down.

In both cases the problem is the same: you don't yet have a growth system solid enough. You have one or more sources that work today. Our job is to build an ecosystem that is more diversified, more measurable and able to evolve.

The problem isn't today. It's six months from now.

If you depend almost entirely on word of mouth or on a network of relationships, you can't plan growth with the same confidence as someone who has an active, measurable acquisition system.

If you depend on a single source, you aren't fully in control: the terms are set by whoever owns the channel, the platform or the relationship.

Every month without a system is a month in which the market keeps changing and your competitors keep building theirs. Tomorrow's growth is built before it becomes urgent.

Let's talk it through in 30 minutes

The Trouble Growth System

A proprietary method for turning growth problems into growth systems.

We don't start from a package of services. We start from the business.

The Trouble Growth System brings strategy, brand, creative, data, media and technology into a single process: understanding where the opportunity is, building what it takes to seize it, and evolving the system on the basis of what we learn.

Diagnosis

Before proposing any solution, we work out where the business really stands.

We analyse brand health, market position, the way the business generates demand and the points where growth could be strongest. We bring together data, experience and judgement to understand what is working, what is holding it back and, above all, where to act.

What you get: a clear reading of the starting point, of the most promising opportunities and of the priorities to build growth on.

Construction

We turn priorities into a concrete growth system.

Brand, creative, content, media, data, CRM, AI and technology come into play only when they're needed. We design them together, because a strong brand without distribution struggles to grow, while performance without a brand tends to become more and more expensive.

We build positioning, generate demand, activate the most effective channels and create an ecosystem that doesn't depend on a single acquisition source: one platform, one channel or, in B2B, a network too tied to personal relationships, referrals or long-standing accounts.

What you get: a growth system designed around your business, ready to be put to work and able to generate demand more solidly and continuously.

Evolution

Once it's live, the system starts giving us something valuable: real data.

We measure what matters, understand what is creating value and continuously evolve strategy, creative, channels and investment. We cut back what doesn't work, amplify what does and turn every result into a new learning.

What you get: a growth system that becomes progressively more effective, more efficient and better able to adapt to the market.

Your marketing team. Without hiring one.

Hiring a marketing manager means months of recruiting, a fixed cost and one person, with one set of skills. Going to a large agency means paying for structure, layers and people you will never meet.

Trouble works differently. A senior professional leads your project the way an in-house marketing manager would, and brings in the specialists you need as you need them: strategy, creative, content, media, data, development. In Italy and abroad.

When the business accelerates, the team grows. When priorities change, the line-up changes. You always have one point of contact.

Item In-house marketing manager Trouble
Skills One person, with their own specialisation The specialists you need, when you need them
Time to start Months of recruiting, onboarding and training It starts right away, with a diagnosis of your business
What you pay for Salary, contributions and tools, even in slow months Only the skills working on your project
Flexibility Low: the role you hired stays the role High: the team grows or shrinks with the business
Who leads the work Whoever you manage to hire A senior professional, from start to finish
Link to results None: the salary is fixed Part of the fee is tied to the objectives

Always the same lead. A team that changes with the business.

It's how we work, and it rests on four rules that apply to every project.

Our four rules

No waste

Inefficient marketing isn't a waste, it's a risk. Our agile model concentrates resources and skills where they can generate the most value.

No fake fee

No costs that don't generate value. Part of our fee is tied to reaching the objectives we agree together. If we share the result, we share the risk.

No time

You don't buy hours. You don't buy a list of activities. You buy ideas, skills and results. Paying for time means losing sight of the only thing that matters: what happens to your business.

No ego, no boundaries

No creative ego. No boundaries between disciplines, markets or skills. Only what it takes to grow your business.

Want to see what your team would look like? We start from your objectives, not from a package.

Let's talk it through in 30 minutes

We can do all of this. Not all of it serves your business.

  • Brand strategy. Brands aren't born, they're designed. Insight, positioning and story that everything else rests on.
  • Brand design. Identity and visual system designed to stand out in the age of algorithms.
  • Performance branding. Creative built to generate demand and business results.
  • Content & social. Content that builds attention, relationship and conversion.
  • Paid media. Campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging channels.
  • ChatGPT Ads. A new channel where competition is still low.
  • Social commerce. Content, creators and media designed to bring attention and purchase closer together.
  • Search visibility. SEO and AI discovery, to be found in the new ways people search.
  • Capturing demand. SEM and search campaigns.
  • Digital development. Websites, landing pages and applications.

Which levers your business actually needs, and in what order to activate them, is something we decide together inside the Trouble Growth System.

Two worlds. One objective: growing the business.

The discipline of global brands

More than eighteen years inside international networks, on leading brands across food, automotive, retail, banking and FMCG. From there we bring strategic discipline, brand consistency, creative standards and the ability to read data without telling ourselves stories.

The speed of startups

Projects built from scratch, with no awareness and limited budgets, where every euro has to produce a measurable result. From there we bring speed, continuous testing and close attention to acquisition cost.

Most companies sit exactly in between. That's why we combine both approaches.

Experience built over more than 18 years of agency work on brands such as McDonald's, Nestlé, Volkswagen, Audi, IKEA, Luxottica, Zurich.

This refers to the professional track record of the founder and the team inside international networks.

It starts with a diagnosis call.

Thirty minutes with the founder. The right questions about your business, to find where growth got stuck.

It isn't a presentation and it isn't a sales pitch. It's the moment when we bring the problem, the context and the opportunities into focus.

If it then makes sense to work together, we'll talk about it. If not, we'll say so, and it still remains a useful conversation.

Questions we always get

How much does it cost to start?

The diagnosis call is free. If we then work together, we build the proposal around the real size of the problem and the objectives to be reached. The fee model can include a component tied to the agreed results.

How long before we see results?

It depends on what we have to build. Some interventions can produce signals within the first few weeks; acquisition, positioning and brand growth work on different timescales. That's why we don't promise results in a standard timeframe: first we define what we want to achieve, then the path to get there.

Are we too small for you?

Not necessarily. We work with companies of different sizes, but with one thing in common: a valid product or service, a real market and the willingness to invest in growth. If you're still looking for product-market fit or don't have the resources to sustain a growth path, we're probably not the right partner. And we'd rather tell you straight away.

We already have an agency or a consultant.

That's not a problem. Trouble can work alongside an existing team when a missing skill, a new strategic direction or someone to coordinate different skills is needed. The diagnosis also serves to clarify this: whether the problem is the team, the system or simply the direction.

Why don't you name your clients?

Because our clients didn't sign up to become advertising material. The confidentiality we give them is the same we'll give you. In the call we talk through real cases, numbers and problems, out loud.

What happens after the call?

If we see a problem where we can create value, we'll propose how we would proceed and with what objectives. If we don't see sensible work to do together, we'll say so. No email sequences. No chasing.

Let's talk about your growth.

Thirty minutes with the founder. The right questions about your business, to work out together where growth got stuck.

What's your priority today?

We reply within one business day. No newsletter, no automated email sequences.
